心勢会は、空手の源流である「手（TEE)」の探求と古流空手の型の伝承と普及を目的に稽古を行っている団体です。外形上の型の意味を曖昧にせず、なぜそのような形状を取る必要があるのか、なぜそのような軌道をとるのか、型の持つ意味を一つひとつ理解しながら稽古を行っています。そしてそのような型稽古を通して、「内形」と呼ばれる特殊な内部感覚を養成し、ほとんど筋力を使わない、「手（TEE）」独特の術理である「ゼロの力」を身につけることを目指しております。型稽古を通して育成される「内形」と呼ばれる内部感覚を格闘の観点ではなく、一つの身体文化として捉えていただける方のご参加をお待ちしております。

Welcome to Ryukyu Martial Art 'Shinseikai'！
Shinseikai is an organization that practices for the purpose of exploring the origin of karate, "TEE", and handing down and popularizing the old-fashioned karate kata. Without obscuring the meaning of "Kata" , we practice "Kata", while understanding the meaning of "Kata" one by one, and knowing why it is necessary to take such a form and why it takes such a trajectory. Then, through such practice, we are aiming for developing a special internal sensation called "inner shape" and acquire "zero power", which is a unique technique of "hand (TEE)" that uses almost no muscle strength.
